We care for the environment on every stage of our investments, starting from the plan of the project.
Our investments are carried out in urbanized, mostly industrial areas, located by big hubs. We care for a green surrounding of our buildings, at the same time protecting the environment and the comfort of our tenants and workers.
During building operation, we aim at saving energy and having the lowest impact on the environment. We are not a corporation, however we are expanding, while having transparent corporate governance in mind.
